Grain Styles & Grades Offered

French Cut is sawn in a way to project many different grain variations. With a combination of flat sawn cathedrals blended to the charm of the center cut’s tighter, old graining, this look gives a French cut floor a unique bespoke style.

Prime and Light Rustic grades are available.

• Double Smoked French Cut is a process involving pressure chambering the wood with ammonia and heat to achieve a specific color / smoked appearance.

Rift & Quarter Sawn has a timeless, elegant style. While being sawn to create straight grain, varying amounts of flecking are achieved. This cut of lumber speaks uniformity and stability.
