The fine grain, amazing color, and overall look of this responsibly harvested wood from Central and South America makes a stunning impact in any setting. We’ve shown this floor with a water-based finish to retain the natural purple color. Rehmeyer has milled many PurpleHeart floors that were installed in wine cellars, formal dining rooms, kitchens, and full homes as well as in some commercial properties.

We also mill PurpleHeart in our Old Trail Collection with Smoke Accents to showcase a slightly more rustic look. We often finish the Old Trail Collection PurpleHeart floors with Tung Oil to add an extra layer of depth and spot repairability.
